Heart Broken

There are many different definitions for being heartbroken over an ex. The dictionary definition is "Suffering from or exhibiting overwhelming sorrow, grief, or disappointment". The teenage definition for heartbroken is crying every time you think of the person or see them, talking to your best friend about it until they have nothing to say about it, Staying home from school because you don’t want to face them the next day. Being truly heartbroken comes along the line of hurting so bad that you feel the pain physically. Loving someone is one of the best feelings until its time for you to stop. it takes years to forget someone and if you loved them enough you'll never forget about them. It’s a feeling you can never understand until you experience it its constant pain and suffering that you struggle with all day. It becomes a battle to swallow and falling asleep becomes a problem when you have them on your mind...you start asking questions like why did it happen? Eating either increases or decreases, for teenagers and adults it’s all the same none of us know how to handle it properly. For some men it’s another problem, some don’t really like showing their true emotions after a break up. Maybe with their friends they'll talk about it and say how they really feel. My best advice to people is to stay away from heart breaks. if you haven’t experienced you shouldn’t try to. Click on the link below to see how to get over one… Hope it helps;]

  1. Sometimes when people are heartbroken they regret the relationship, but I think a brake up leads to other wonderful things in life.
