Cheese Cake Factory review

There tender steak served with french fries and onion strings is delicous. Especially with steak sauce its overwhelming. I not a fan of onions but the way they cooked it was great. I ad my steak cooked well done,everything was cooked to my liking.

Appetizers:

Green Salad with chopped greens, shredded carrots, zucchini, and beets. Topped with croutons, tomato wedges and cucumber slices. This made me full befor i got to my main meal, but it was wonderful. I learned how to make it.

The enviorment was great, the workers were very nive and made us feel welcome the inside of The Cheese Cake Factory is big and cool theres alot of room so every one is not all bundled up under each other.

cell phones and how they affect us

I don't think adult or teens can give up a phone for a day. News 4 challenged hundreds of Buffalo area teens to voluntarily give up texting, not for a week, just a brief 24 hours. Only three brave students from Kenmore West stepped forward, but with conditions. They all said it was very hard for them not to have their phones. I can relate with out my phone I would feel alone. I think its a bad thing that kids like me cant live with out their phones it makes me wonder whats gonna happen to us if our phones ever stop working.

getting treated right

A lot of people take a lot of crap from others. Some do it because its their job and other do it because they love the other person. I think no one should take any crap from somebody else.Do not expect anyone to be responsible for your happiness. Ask yourself why you aren't happy. Relationships fail because someone is unhappy and blames the partner. Your life is completely under your control, with your relationship you have to take the good with the bad. You need to give as well as take. This is with the exception of domestic abuse.I think the main problem in a relationship is admitting your mistakes and say sorry. One possible way to do this is to talk after having a misunderstanding or argument. For example you can ask your bf/gf to give you some time to think of the wrong and right things that you and he/she did. Ask your bf\gf to do the same thing and talk to them when you are both ready.

vacation/ school

vacation is just what me and every other student needs. school can be very stressful at times.I think thats the reason most students cut their class or school is because they cant take all 5 days of class, a today weekend does absolutely nothing for us its over before it even starts. with this 5-12 schedule some kids don't even get to see there family, it really isn't fair to us. not all kids like to spend time with their family but then again their are kids like me that enjoy it. vacation is kind of important because to many days of school can stress us out and some kids have break downs, school can just be so overwhelming sometimes.

after a break up

The awkwardness begins right after the breakup. Whether you discover your ex's email address while trying to log on to facebook.com in the library, or you are caught off-guard by a familiar pair of feet in the stall next to yours in the bathroom, running into your ex is inevitable and almost always uncomfortable.You both hate and pray for these happenstance meetings. You hate seeing him or her with someone else; a happy smile written across his face as a result of either being with someone new. why is it so awkward after a break up, especially when the last line of the break up was "let's be friends" I never understood why relationships can be so complicated at the end. It's like if you had feelings for the person why just cut them off why not just be friends with them. I think its awkward because the feelings for one other aren't the same any more. My point of view on this is ridiculous and I think the awkwardness can be broken.

I think they should show Osama bin Ladens pictures because it hink it would be good for the people who lost there loved one back in 2001. It proof that the U.S got him back for the pain and damage he casued to us all. I also think they should show it because it i feel like his people would hate it and might want to start problems

Today is just one of those days where i feel relaxed and stress free. its really nice outside, its days like this that makes me want to go to the mall, city, or park for a little.I see a lot of girls in shorts and skirts its only like 60 degrees out side i personally don't think thats all necessary but thats just me. some girls do unnecessary things so i guess it suits them. today is short blog there really inst anything i want to write about

School Kids >:O

Soo today is going to be about 75 degrees and I thought hey why don't I try a new look and wear shorts and stockings. BUT people in van always has a comment to say. Its like if i wanted your opinion I would of ask for it ..DUHH these kids need to mind there business /:, but I guess that thats what teenagers are good at what they do. The thing is that there are girls walking around with short shorts and mini skirts and they don't say nothing to them and its getting on my nerves, but its OK when the so called "popular" kids do it smh I hate my generation.

Boys and girls

There are two different kinds of girls out there there are trashy or classy girls. Its not every girl you can talk to like their dogs.Some girls actually respect their selves enough to not allow a boy to talk to them like there trash. I hate it when a boy grabs a girl by the arm or touches her butt it shows that he doesn't respect her. I think saying excuse me or finding a little excuses to talk to you or get your attention is way better, it looks like they put a little effort into getting your number. there are also two different types of guys, there are ones that care and ones that don't. the ones that don't care treat every girl like there nothing and there are stupid girls that find it attractive and talk back to them and they make the rest of us look dumb. Don't get me wrong there are girls that shut those boys down. Now the boys that care takes there time to talk to a girl and puts effort and time into it and in a long run it all pays off.

Depression

Depression can be caused by many things. I talked to my parents about it the other day and they said its apart of being a teenager. I personally think its not fair the symptoms of depression is Prolonged sadness,Feeling of hopelessness. Feeling of lowered self-esteem and / or worthlessness.
Feeling of inadequacy and / or helplessness. Feeling of guilt. Finding difficulty in concentrating. my father always says it something anyone can over come and i believe him its just that it easier said then done. Everyone occasionally feels blue or sad, but these feelings are usually pass's within a couple of days. When a person has a depressive disorder, it interferes with daily life, normal functioning, and causes pain for both them and their loved ones.

Secrets ... Every body has them, some more than others. I try to have as little as possible, I find that secrets can turn into lies, well at least cause you to lie. most secrets are made out of mistakes, but people say to learn from your mistakes so why hide it. Some people take secrets to the max, like certain things shouldn't be a secret it's like a big joke.What is the purpose of lying? Lying is all about protecting the truth. I personally don't see why people lie because if you have something to say you mind as well say it. For example like on T.V. when one person asks another "do I look fat in these jeans?"

Many people went missing after the tsunami, so got away and some didn't. No body knew it was coming in local schools the students had no idea the tsunami was coming. Out of the 108, 77 are pronounced dead or missing. Parents are going crazy looking for their children and its heart braking story, just to think that one of your love ones isn't coming back home. At the elementary schools, young fathers dig with shovels alongside rescuers, looking for bodies. Its inside gutted by the force of the tsunami. With so much work to do for these parents, there's no time to think about crying.

Life after high school

life after high school is a mystery for most teens, they like to wait for the last minute to decide what they want to be or what college they want to got to . I always tell my best friend to not be one of those kids to do that. I hate it when I see teenagers trying to get their act together at the last minute, it's like what were you doing 5 months ago. But some kids just don't care and think that mom and dad are going to support them until they are 40 yrs. old. Well it's going to be hard when your trying to support your family with mom and dad's income tax. I think it's because I'm an organized person that I care so much about getting stuff done before they're due. They're certain things that I feel you shouldn't procrastinate with, and this is why.

To some music is just something to pass the time, to other its something that take their mind off reality for the few minute it plays. Some people know all the lyrics in their Ipod others just know the chorus. When I put my head phones on its to block people out such as my mom,dad or even my friends, but sometimes it because I can relate to what the singer or rapper is talking about. I hear adults talking bout rap music isn't good for there kids to listen to I think parents need to relax because you don't know the troubles your child or children may be going through. News flash your kids don't tell you everything, adult seem to think because we're young life should be stress free... but that isn't the case because the young now-a-days always seem to try and take on everything. that's we have music cause we find it cool that other people feel like us.

I Think that its 2011 and pepole need to get over racism. Peter King plans to call two of his family members as witnesses. Keith Ellison, a Democrat from Minnesota who is one of two Muslims in Congress, is also scheduled to testify, though he opposes the hearings. He is focusing on one group that appears to have been obsessed him since the Sept. 11, 2001. More than 80 percent of the mosques in America are run by extremists. this is so point less and i think he needs to stop with the rasicsm

Why Monogamy Matters

My personal opinion monogamy matters. "We" as in young teens tend to have multiple partners to fulfill our sexual needs. In our parents eye they would like for us to wait for as long as we can but for most of us it’s too late. Having multiple partners can be a bad thing because not only STD's can spread faster you also have more a chance of catching one if you don’t already have one. Obviously, adults don’t like what we do concerning sexually activities because about there are about 300,000 abortions every year. But they are also concerned about teen Parents and that which teen sexual activity is taken for granted, and the most important judgment to be made about a sexual encounter is whether it’s clinically safe. But people may say it’s the teen choice, when it’s really sometimes based on how they grew up and what environment they were in. I think it really depends on the Childs past.

Brute batters tiny pup: cops

In Queens a 265 pound man beat his 8-pound Chihuahua and then he refuses to pay the money to save the puppy's life. His wife and the ASPCA(American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) says 33 year old, Jerry Melendez was taking his anger out on the poor puppy. They say frustration was the main cause. Mr. Melendez use so much force that he fracture Spotty's skull and caused him bleed from his left eye. Jerry Melendez rushed him to the hospital but refused to pay the amount which was $5800.Spotty died of blunt-force impact. Besides all the excuses, Melendez was charged and, besides prison, he faces the possibility of a $2,000 fine. I guess he got what he deserved, I personally think they should of charged him with a larger fine.

Abuse

The most common kind of violence against women is their husbands beating on them. I think that women who are in these situations should be able to get even. In my eyes, women should either call the cops, or fight back. In some situations men are often stronger than the females, I'm not saying that all men abuse their wives because women can be the abusers too. I was walking in the hallway today and I over heard a boy call his girlfriend over while he was with his friends. He said as she was walking toward her "I'ma slap this B***h in the face." Most people would take this as a joke, but I've heard and seen him beating on her. My personal opinion is that she should kick his a$$ especially since she's taller than him. In other cases like play fighting boy versus girl it's unfair because boy always has more strength than the female and their hits will hurt more. A boy can hit a girl and it will hurt like crazy and a girl can hit a guy but it won't hurt as much. In most cases, some girls do deserve to get hit because they go too far in certain cases.

Frankfurt Airport shooting: Two US servicemen dead

Two United States airmen were killed and two injured on Wednesday when a gunman opened fire on an American military bus at the Frankfurt airport. One of The men who were killed was claimed to be the driver. the shooting, took place in the middle of the afternoon, the gunman ran into the terminal building. The suspect arrested at the scene is a 21-year-old whose name is Kosovar who lives in Frankfurt, according to a police man. The police charged him with murder and attempted murder, but they did not rule out terrorism charges. He was being questioned at the Frankfurt police station.

My best friend says no you cant its just an attraction you have for the person.

At first I would always say of coarse you can but I had to learn that you really cant. Girls get mad when the friends like their ex's but its not there fault if they do, most of them don't really know how it happens, it just does. I think some girls should sit back and think about it but i think guys should to because alot of guys hate it when their friends look at there GF or there ex's depending on how they feel about the girls.

Why do pepole cheat?

females aslways seem to say why are all guys the same, but they arent. Guys may be cheater but soo are females.
Girls seem to think there the only ones who ever get hurt boy get it but dont show it most the time unless there sensative but even then they dont even show it. Ive seen boy cry over girls just like a girl would, but i guess thats what happens when you love the wrong the worng person.

Ive been cheated on and half of my friends experiance it. the other half were the cheaters. Cheating has been here for many years and it will always be here so we have to learn to except it. :(

I picked to right about Heart breaks because it’s something almost all teenagers experienced. I also wrote it because for those who haven’t experienced it, I wanted to let them know and what they would be getting their self into and how much pain they might experienced.

I also picked STD's as one of my top 5 because teens always think that it won’t happen to them. I felt as if kids should know more about STD's. And that they have just as much a chance as an adult.

My parents always tell me that life is too short and that I got to live it up. I recently learned that living and having life doesn’t mean the same thing. I was listening to this song and it says everybody dies but not everybody lives. I agree with it because not everybody enjoys there selves. Life to me means to just be alive and not do nothing exciting, taking chances, being afraid to do what you always wanted to do.. I’m 16 now and there isn’t much I can do, but when I turn 18 I’m going to do everything I want to do. You never know when you going to die so take chances. Don’t be afraid to love, go sky diving, climb a mountain :).

As a girl I know all the questions a girl could possibly ask about a boy.

Things like:
1. Why do boys cheat?
2. Why are they always so stubborn?
3. Why does he act the way he acts?
4. Will he ever change?

Well the best way to get an answer about these kinds of things is to ask the boys themselves but they will never tell you the real reason why. Just about any boy will tell you what you want to hear about a handful of boys that will tell you what you really need to hear. Boys have always been a mystery and always will be, there a math problem you can never solve. My father always tells me never to trust boys, there like dogs. In many ways they are like they don’t always listen, they sometimes they always have this clueless look on their faces and you never know what they’re thinking. In my experience the worst thing to do is to fall in love with a boy they love to take advantage of you. They hurt you knowing you won’t do anything about because you’re in love to leave them. They'll make you happy for a night and completely ignore you another, it hasn’t happen to me but I have friends that I’ve seen go through this, and me personally I don’t think its fare. I know a lot of girls always think they’re the only ones going threw it with their boyfriends but you’re not alone because almost every girl you know is going threw it too. Don’t let the boys have too much control of your emotions because if that’s the case you’re going to miserable.

The dictionary definition for relationships is -Relationship:*Interpersonal relationship * Intimate relationship *.

My pernal defintion for a relationship is having someone there for you to talk to when you dont know who else to turn to. Someone that knows what your thinking befor you say it. A person that can tell when somethings worng and make you smile in any mood you maybe in. Adult/Parents always tells teens that, you guys arent ready to be in a relationship it requires a lot of time and sacrifice that you guys arent going to be ready for. Of caorse as teenagers we dont listen and go ahead and do it any way, and of coarse we get our hearts broken. One thing i never completely understood was why after we get our hearts broken we go back at it again...
I always here girls saying he acts just like my ex, but know to relationships are the same. There are so many forms of relationship' that it becomes more and more difficult to determine which one you are in, but each time it is with a different person, therefore the outcome is bound to be different. Whether it's better or worse than the one before is.What type of relationship you have depends on what kind of person you are and what stage of life you're at, but at some point or another everybody experiences a relationship at multiple level. Thing that every teen thinks about is cheating. The females are sometimes the most jealous beacause some girls do extra things to catch a males attention and what ever they do does catch a certain boys attention.

In this day and age you would think racism is all in the past. But me myself I have been in situations where I wasnt confortable being my skin tone. it wasnt because I didnt like my skin tone people made me feel a certain way. Basiclly you should being your color becuase you were born that way so i guarantee your staying that color unless you prove me other wise. love the skin your in. Its 2011 racism shouldnt even exist, but it does. During the past 500-1000 years, racism on the Western part of powers toward non-Westerners has had a far more impact on history than any other form of racism.

STD's

This is to all the sexually active teens. especially the careless ones. STD's are any disease characteristically transmitted by sexual contact, as gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes, and chlamydia. as teenagers we dont care about any thing but the thing is we should. STD's are out there some more common than others and some are more easily spread than others. Did you guys know there is a kissing disease called Mononucleosis aka Mono it is mostly seen in high school and college students but others can also catch it. thats just the least of our worries as children the most common ones are Gonorrhea,Herpes,Chlamydia,HIV,AIDS,Hepatitis. for the ladies its getting pregnent. the best way to aviod these things are using condoms and if you dont want to then just dont have sex, untill your ready to use protection. Kids our age always seem to think 'Oh that couuold never happen to me'. but it can. it wont hurt to get tested, it can only help. here are some websites that can inform you better than I can :] hope it helps...

Heart Broken

There are many different definitions for being heartbroken over an ex. The dictionary definition is "Suffering from or exhibiting overwhelming sorrow, grief, or disappointment". The teenage definition for heartbroken is crying every time you think of the person or see them, talking to your best friend about it until they have nothing to say about it, Staying home from school because you don’t want to face them the next day. Being truly heartbroken comes along the line of hurting so bad that you feel the pain physically. Loving someone is one of the best feelings until its time for you to stop. it takes years to forget someone and if you loved them enough you'll never forget about them. It’s a feeling you can never understand until you experience it its constant pain and suffering that you struggle with all day. It becomes a battle to swallow and falling asleep becomes a problem when you have them on your mind...you start asking questions like why did it happen? Eating either increases or decreases, for teenagers and adults it’s all the same none of us know how to handle it properly. For some men it’s another problem, some don’t really like showing their true emotions after a break up. Maybe with their friends they'll talk about it and say how they really feel. The Supremes

My topic for today is about topic The Supremes they were singers from the 60's, almost everyone has heard or know something about their group from Motown. We all know Diana Ross was one of the original Supremes. We all also know that there were three singers in the group, but it wasn't always that way. Most of people do not know "The Supremes" was not the original name of the group. Mary Wilson is the first of the Supremes to give it a try in a talent show held in a high school one night in 1958. Florence and Mary first meet Diana Ross and another singer name Betty McGlown. They too were trying out for the group also. After the group was all made up, they were beginning to realize that it was time for them to start doing what they go to do recording their own songs since they were becoming just as popular as the men. it only make sence.
